Recommend me a Bluetooth headset

I lost my Jawbone Era. Looking to pick up a new one. I didn't really like how at times I had to talk louder than I wanted in order for it to pick up my voice. But, otherwise I thought it was a pretty decent headset. It wasn't too small, wasn't too large. Fit my ear just fine. I'm open to suggestions to see if there's better out there.

I like mine plantronics 520. I have had it for a few years and it works great at normal talk volume and never gives me fits.
