Thanks guys. I had some crazy foods haha. The brown shit in the cup is turtle jelly make from turtle shells apparently. Chinese herbal stuff. Ate some bird's nest soup, abalone, jellyfish and some other strange things but most of it was very tasty. The hotel is on the 102-118th floor of the ICC building, highest hotel in the world. The pool and bar on the 118th floor both have an open air secton which is pretty cool. Highly recommended if you're ever in HK. Don't need to go to The Peak if you have a view from up there every day!
