its great to look at cars, but i hope people aren't too lazy to sign something that benefits us all.

Its called "job security" rather than "homeland security". Confiscating and selling these cars for export is easy pickens for the DHS, much easier and cheaper than funding new ideas/projects to actually protect us against outside elements of "terrorism".

As a UK citizen, I kinda disagree with this. Our cut-off date for 'classic', which is similar to your import allowances is the 1st January 1972 - we have to put up and shut up - at least your date is a 25-year rolling!
