how about a defenseless man shot in the back and killed while apprehended on the floor? recently happened in my state. the problem is that they are trained to see everyone as an enemy and lethal force is ok.

If this is where our country is headed, I don't want to live here anymore. I've been around different animals my entire life due to my family owning dogs, cats, birds, horses, and other random shit. So reading things like this really gets to me and I wanted to see how other people felt about this fuck doing this to a defenseless animal...
