Most likely because of licensing and what not. It was probably extremely easy and cheap to put Rotas in the game versus the real deal. It's sad. I wish they had better wheel options.

Damn... it looks like the photo editor/picture mode is way better in this game vs. forza 3. Some of these shots almost look real.

Those are Cragar wheels. The lip will stay chrome and you can paint the inner wheel any color.

I don't know how people can't figure this out. Just press some buttons.
