  • New Facebook feature "Subscribers"

    It's basically like following someone on Twitter, you can now subscribe to people on Facebook (without being their friend) and see their statuses that are set to public. You can also comment on them if they allow...

    For example, if you go to my page and click Subscribe you will see my public updates...

              Exactly, Google went into the future to copy a feature that facebook wasnt doing it yet so that when facebook did start really doing it, they could be all hipster about it.
