Hey guys, im trying to get the word out about my alcoholic food, i'll have a video series coming out soon (within the next 2 months), for youtube about how to make all of this stuff... but until then, i need help getting recognized.

SO, if you could help out by going to my stumble upon link and pressing like, and passing on the word, i would appreciate it immensely, the theme of my cooking and cooking show/videos will be food that gets you drunk, so as my first installment, i give you irish car bomb cupcakes...(many of you say the alcohol will burn out, but trust me, ALL of it doesnt burn out)

I did read your post saying it wouldn't, but most of the alcohol in those will burn off. You'll be left with a small amount, so you can still taste the flavors of the drinks.

You still have the unbaked alcohol in the frosting, but 3 shots spread across 12 cupcakes-worth of frosting is a pretty trivial amount.

TLDR: I'm sure they're tasty, but IMO not "alcoholic" food. Try making beef bourguignon or anything flambeed if you're looking to get some significant alcohol content into your food.

lrn2readbro, ALL of the alcohol doesnt burn off int he baking process. a majority of it does, but the cupcake still retains some of the alcohol.

It's like 40% of the alcahol is left over something like 15-20min oven time, then it goes down to pretty much nothing as the time is increased.
