Modern Warfare Games

Everybody seems too caught up in Modern Warfare 2 and Assassins Creed 2 to play games such as Elder Scrolls IV. I don't have anything against these new games at all, for even I have just bought L4D2 and am having a great time, but I still take time to play Oblivion and such. Even though it was my first game, I still find it very exciting to go back to, and great for combating boring Sundays. It seems that FPS games are all the rage now. I used to **** 'em, but that's just me. So if anyone around here still plays those "old" games, I'd be happier to talk about them.

i used to play COD2 and COD4:MW but after they released MW2 which didnt have dedicated servers i lost interest in the series and just kept the BF series - BF2 & BFBC2 and expansions for both. i also play a bit of MOH.

i used to be huge in Warcraft 3 (but not dota, fuck dota) and ive been thinking of reinstalling it recently and checking it out again.

but ive always been into fps games.

I've spent so many hours playing Oblivion it's crazy...I'm not proud of it. I go through phases with video games it seems. I haven't played in some time, but my last stint was with Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I thought both games were great; basically a modernized Elder Scrolls. Before that I played CoD almost daily, until all of the assholes started cheating, pussing out, and using grenade launchers with danger close and one man army

I play all sorts of games, but fps and rpg's (Fallout is an rpg, right?) are my favorites. Of course, there is Forza as well...

I'm dying for Forza 4 to come out. I hope they add more engine swap options and actually let you see your car lowered/cambered in the menu instead of just in a race, that was just lazy coding on the developer's parts. Gran Turismo has let you see your alignment and ride height adjustments in the menu since GT1.

Spent quit alot of time on MW2, only then the AlterIWNet version. It has dedicated servers, and a really good cheat detection. Even got my own server. And the AlterIWNet team are now makeing there own complete mod for the game, with 5! new mp maps...

As for racing, almost done with Shift 2.
