In the small town of Oakville, Ontario there sits a BMW dealership, abandoned for almost a decade. Inside the doors sit, frozen in time, two 20-year-old BMWs in seemingly mint condition. What happened?
It sounds like the owner frequently visits, so that is probably why they are still there, even though its not in use. Wants $75k for that 635. Its a steep price, but with 6000miles on the clock probably worth it.

Does he technically still own the cars?
Would it not be more worthwhile to buy the lot with everything included, keep the cars, knock the building and sell the land at a realistic price?

Debatable, I sat there uncontrollably shitting for more than 20 minutes.
I grew up in Oakville, Ontario and that lot has been empty since I was born... I used to ride my bike around that place and look at the cars inside. I can't believe they are just getting noticed now. I think I may have to take a trip back home and get my hands on one of those cars. That 635 looks like a prime candidate for a better stance.
