I Want to transfer to California/West Coast/aka not here.

I'll be a sophomore at Cornell in the Fall. I've had thoughts of transferring but I don't think I'd be able to leave my friends behind. If I didn't join a fraternity I most definitely would have transferred out. People living in campus dorms are depressed as shit and they have an awful time. I'll be living in house for the first time this fall and its going to be crazy. Hopefully not too crazy so my grades don't go down. Maybe try rushing?

PSU and Cornell are quite different haha, I have good friends at school don't get me wrong, but I'm leaving not because I don't like the school, but because I want to live a different lifestyle, something that the Northeast just doesn't have to offer.

Yea, i play at Ursinus College. Small D3 school, but we finished 3rd in our conference behind Johns Hopkins and Haverford. i feel like we had this conversation before though... You play ball out in Cali if i remember correctly?

UCSD, USD, Loyola Marymount, pepperdine, ect.

+1 for those. I'm currently at Loyola Marymount and can say it's awesome.

Oxy is also a great college. Sister went there and my step-brother is currently going so I've had a bit of time there as well. Beautiful campus but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit ghetto

i doubt any state schools can compete with PSU. Maybe look into private schools as well, like UOP. Their SF campus anyway...fuck living in stockton.

State, private, doesn't matter to me. Today I'm going to really start looking.

Where do you go? My school is literally the exact same way, except we're ranked like 70 something in the nation for liberal arts schools.

And Kielan, pretty much any of the UC campuses guarantees that you'll get to watch some damn good baseball while you're there.
