Trade E36 for Rat Truck: Worth It?

Alright so my car's been on craigslist for a while, and last night I got a text from this guy asking if I was interested in a trade (my E36) for this, sorry I dont have any other pictures yet:

Its a 47, Olds 455 big block, suicide front axle, chopped, keg fuel cell, 1 ton rear and duallys. According to him it needs the fuel lines run, engine wired and seats mounted, then it would be good to go. I'm really tempted to do it, but I'd need it to be my DD which just seems like a bad idea, and I dont have the money to buy another car to drive besides that. Thoughts?

As awesome as that truck is (seriously badass) it would be a HORRENDOUS idea to daily that. So unless you can scrap together enough cash for a beat ass daily, I'd say no to it.

possibly one of the worst i've ever heard. use your clues... it's a big block with a 5 gallon gas tank, uses 1940's technology and has no body panels.
