This is so far most interesting answer if I had that much money. In perfect world I would find one of these and call it a day! These will be out of my budget for some time, tho.

You can get a clean y33 q45 for 3-4k.

Wheew I am back...Budget for car is 8-10K...Trying to imagine cars that we have never seen these on...Audis and BMWs are played out here...Maybe Saab wagon or Volvo V40, X-type Jag ??? How about american Buick Century or slammed Park Avenue? And so on...Pics and p-shops would be great.
