    you could try throwing it in the dryer with no heat and nothing else. It'll tumble around on itself and won't shrink as long as it's bones dry. if you throw in a tennis ball or 2 it'll beat it up a bit, but might look good if that's what you are going for. I know what you mean about brand new hats. I **** the crease on the sides from it being packed and shipped for so long.

    It's the tall front crown that bothers me. My older one is more rounded and not as tall. I feel like Im wearing a bucket on my head right now. Its just too stiff and tall on the front.
