It will be stanced?

Hi,
i've old e34 touring and want to stance it.
My proposals:
- coilover -60/40,
- wider steel wheels with streched tires,
- bag on the roof,
- exterior like on the Rusty ([*] ) -> rost,
- black hella on the front,
- maybe trailer from second e34?

It will be good or the car will be looking like piece of sh*t?

This will be low budget project so i'm thinking about the rust in exterior.
Actually, paint has a lot of scrathes, rust etc.

Some alternative proposals to rust?

That paint is much better than mine, rusting it would be a waste of good paint
