Good TV shows to watch?

I've just started watching the discovery channels much more, and motors tv, they have some really good stuff on there.

Ah shit how could I have missed Eastbound and Down. That was one of the best 2 seasons of any show I have watched, the League is even better though. About Fantasy Football (American), and being in a very tense Premier League Fantasy League myself I just found the entire thing amazing.

thanks guys, yea I've heard a lot of good things about dexter actually.Lost well, I dunno I followed it up to season 3 and then my head imploded, how I met your mother is good too but it's not long enough to binge on yet (I do enjoy TV show binges).
