how many cards do you need and what price range are you looking at.
This design will not be cheap.

raised ink uses a process called thermography. Call around local printers and ask for that. Look for printers that specialize in embossment/ debossment and die cuts as they tend to be a little cheaper for specialty finishing such as this.

Google. You'll want a specialty/high quality printer so search around the country to get exactly what you want. Raised ink ftw btw.

Thinking maybe 500, willing to spend between $100-$250. Not going to go cheap on this.

I don't want to get 1000 and dislike the card design in 6 months and still have a few hundred left, ya know?
