and though the digital age is making more and more physical services obsolete (like blockbuster, some magazines, etc.) it is not going to wipe them into obscurity anytime in the near future. go on a subway and see how many people are reading newspapers; people like to hold things, tangible things, and that is a natural part of being a human; we like to have things in our physical world. there are still book stores like barnes and noble and hundreds of magazine/newsstands in the country, why are they still around if the internet makes it all pointless? also, i think its funny that people mention how magazines like pbmw and pvw exist, yet use the fact that they do to argue how a new stance magazine will never work, kind of ironic to me.

no personal offense intended to anyone, just really think the way you're treating this guy is uncalled for. and no, im not mad bro

I've been in the car custimizing and car audio field for over 20 years. never heard of the the first to mags you metioned PBMW, PW. They soud like they just cater to bmw's and volkswagens. I've seen Lexus, Volvo, Seat, Ford, Mazda, awole lot more than just beamers and vw's on here but no mags that put carslike those mentioned in mags.

You've never heard of Performance VW or Performance BMW before, and you've been into cars for over 20 years?

Buy a magazine for $10 or jump on SW on my phone, using the internet which I have already paid for....

Never had one so didnt look for mags about them, but looked for mags about lowriders, uero tuners, street tuners. Lowrider, Uerotuner, Street tuner, and Sub Compact, and magazines like these Ilooked for. Does PBMW put a 300z in the mag I don't think they would. And PVW wouldnt put a Lexus in thier mag. This would be a magazine for the who live the Stanced lifestyle.

What is even going on here?
Physical media is dying quickly, that's all there is about it.

You can't even spell Euro correctly (you have done this multiple times in this thread) and you want to start a magazine. I'm honestly concerned. The fact that you haven't even heard of the 2 biggest mags in the stance scene is also concerning.

There are probably 7 blogs that I could check right now, and see for free that I could see these cars you are talking about on. Why would I ever want to buy a magazine with those same cars?

I don't think you understand what it takes to start a business let alone a successful magazine publisher. Magazines like PBMW and PVW exist because they have been around for a long time and have an established loyal reader base and are sold in every store that sells mags.

Feel free to start a magazine but don't expect to profit or even break even. And expect to pay 100% out of pocket because nobody is going to invest in a new magazine especially when guys on stanceworks aren't even interested.

With that said, I would definitely buy one and even a subscription if it was quality work. That would mean multiple professional photographers across the nation/world, great writers that know what they're talking about, and a nice variety of cars and not the same shit every week. That would be awesome. I'm not saying it's impossible, but you're in way over your head. A StanceWorks magazine would be stupid in my opinion because that's what the main page is. An overall fitment focused magazine would be awesome though but like I said you'd have to aim big.

                            Stance

This forum and site had to start somehow people who didnt think thier cars fit into other scenes. Yea my spelling may suck but thats what spell check is for. I've seen other people on here that cant spell. You all give compliments to peoples cars but come up with something good like showing of our rides to the world you put me down. This Stanced scene is just a different take on lowriding. Its all about the streach and poke but og's like you say thats gay "no pokeman sh*t here" were is your loyalty? I thought this site was cool but you and others make me ashamed to be a part of this. I asked a simple question and I get an a$$ chewin. Nobody likes a$$holes. Lowriders mag started out small and now look at it. Huge shows cattering just to that kind of car and lifestyle.

Ok, some of that was directed at me.

The 'hellagay' in my sig is a piss take on what a lot of people see us as. My car has a ridiculous setup and is branded 'hellagay' to the majority of the automotive scene.

No Pokemon Shit is actually a community that started out in Finland, and they are dedicated to living the lifestyle that we live. I suggest you actually take your time to research the scene in which you want your magazine to be about.

Incase you havent realised, StanceWorks is what we use to show our cars off to the world, Why bother forking out tens of thousands of dollars when the hard yards are already done here! Sure SW started from a group of like-minded individuals, but the beauty of the internet is that to get exposure, you generally dont have to pay for it.

Yes, I am starting to get mad.

I suggest you take a good long hard look around the internet before thinking you can just make a quick buck out of it by creating a magazine, You obviously havent been around 'Stance" for long enough, Stance and lowriding may seem similar, but they are very different.
