I'd have to agree. It is much harder to shoot something with no finger on the trigger. Then again the gun should remain in the holster unless things have gone VERY sideways...
That BMX gif is kind of F'd up if you know the backstory. Long and short legendary BMX rider from the 90's Colin Winkleman broke both legs and was racked up forever. Depression set in from being basically crippled for a year, and his wife left him I'm pretty sure. He killed himself all stemming from that stunt gone wrong.
