No front plate. Have you been pulled over?

Displayed on the front of the car, but can be very easily "removed" whenever. Just ziptied to the sun visor. Ran it for a couple months before the car went into storage and never had an issue *knock on wood*

maybe you guys should register your cars in michigan. they only give you one plate there.

then when you get pulled over you can tell the officer to take it up with michigan if he has a problem.

I've been pulled over 3 times regarding front license plate. Every single time I have told them that I am getting my car resprayed soon so I have been taking off some goods to prepare it for such. It has worked every time. One time I got pulled over for throwin sparks and he came to my car and asked if I had a front plate too and I said yes (even tho I didn't) and he said okay and didn't gimme a ticket whatsoever. lol

I thought you didn't need front plates in the states, learn something new daily.

I don't run one in the UK, haven't for nearly a year now. Got pulled over for running a red light few months back, police officer asked for registration - handed him the plate from my passenger footwell, he just laughed and said fit it for the MOT. Told him I didn't have it on the car because it looked better.

Yup, been pulled over twice for no plate.

I was planning on mounting it anyways, having it up there doesn't bother me or take away from my car's appearance at all IMO.

Here in Ireland the popo go through us for a short cut over things like front reg plates, and reg plates in general

They recently had the law changed regarding it too stating that it must be dislplayed on the front of the vehicle at all times, and in the window isn't good enough

We have to stick to a strict layout and we can't even alter the font size

German plates are legal though

I've been pulled over a couple times but never ticket'd. I will never forget how 'Ticket Tom' (local policeman) warned me about putting it back on, and then lectured me for about 20 minutes about how he got his nickname as if to intimidate me.

havent got one, but all my cars have had the front plates mounted. However I was with a friend in his Turbo EG one night cruising and we got pulled over for it being in the window. Now his front bumper had no holes for it and the cop gave him a $107dollar ticket. told us we have to mount it there on spot and he'll watch us, if we didnt he'll pull us over again right away. So we electrical taped it to the bumper as thats all we had. haha.

my lincoln has a sweet plate holder. only reason i havent shaved the front holes. 240's getting shaved though
