you cant blame obama for people trading in cars you think are worth something when the owners think they arent worth 20 minutes into prepping for sale.

The program didn't come and take the cars. The owners gladly traded them in. The program was intended for beat up piles and older work trucks. You can't blame the program if some idiot decides to trade in a perfectly good car at a loss.

People need to be slapped in the face with this message. Not every M car is enthusiast-owned, and yes, that goes for E30s also.
