While I don't have any pictures, I thought I would share for you cake/dessert lovers.
For the past 4 months or so, I have been on a really strict diet/workout regime to get back into shape and shed off some weight. I cut out all sweets/desserts/cookies and worst of all donuts because of the sugar content and fat.
This past week my mom shared an easy fast cake recipe that is less than 100 calories. My mom is a Weight Watchers manager person (not sure what the title is but she holds the weekly meetings) and she said that the 'cake' is only 1 point or 100 calories or less.
Here is what you do:
Ingredients:
-1 box Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix
-1 box any flavor regular Cake Mix
Mix the 2 cakes together in a big zip lock bag. Make sure its all uniform in color.
To make the cake:
-Take 3 tablespoons of the mix and put it in a coffee mug.
-Add 2 tablespoons water and mix it together.
-Throw it in the micro for about a minute.
Boom, instant cake. Let it sit for a few because its damn near lava hot when its done, I found that out the hard way. I was surprised at how good they are. I did a triple chocolate cake mix with the angel food mix. Basically you can use any cake mix flavor as long as you mix it with the angel food cake mix.
Depending on the flavors you can top it off with some fruit or whip creame. Since I have the chocolate cake right now, I've been adding peanut butter before I put it in the microwave and its like nectar of the gods when its done.
