Backyard BBQ burger in a bowl (from The Counter Burger in Seattle)
-1/3lb beef patty, lettuce blend, chopped red onion, coleslaw, horseradish cheddar, black forrest ham, onion strings, scallions, tomatoes, ranch and bbq sauce.
Now that I have a good working schedule I am going to start cooking.
What does everyone use in terms of cutlery? I LOVE my Mac knife. I need to buy more.
I have 3 blocks (1 from Ikea, lol) as well as 2 knives that are super awesome and a Portuguese stainless carbon chef kit. I will get pics later for you.
