  • Like to introduce my Son.

This is my Son...one of the four reasons my projects take longer and cost less.

He is one of the best that the U.S. and Canada have to offer. He has been to 2 international final meets 2 Canadian National Finals and came home with medals from all.

He will be the one to beat Usain Bolt in the future. Ok I'm done bragging, here he is.

Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

    Gordo.

ps. his younger sisters are equally fast, record breakers all around.

Kudos to your son.. Tell him to keep the effort up.. That kind of training is hard.
Plyometrics, Progressive intensity... Really pushes you.

10.97 is insane for a 16 year old.
I was running a 10.23 last year for state track but at 17 years.

Wow, Australia...you can train outdoor track all year long, nice. We have them train indoor for about five months, due to snow and cold.
The 10.97 was into a -3 wind. My 15 year old twin daughters are running low 12s for 100Metre.
