Always been a college football fan, and while I loved Madden, I've owned ever year of NCAA Football all the way back since '98.



I think my obsession started with GT2?


WARCRAFT 2, SON!


Then late adolescence these two games ruled my life:

Ghost Recon 2.... great online community, but after going back and playing it I don't see what I liked so much about it, lol!

What figurines?

lol, I don't play as much as most people - the IT guy at my job plays like 6 hours a day and talks to me about it all the time when I'm trying to work. I probably play about 5 hours a week, and just recently (past 6 months) started playing more.

I originally played it when it first came out, and considering how long it has been a relevant game for me and how much entertainment I've gotten through the years, I'd definitely say one of the best I've played.

I think notable contenders for top game would be, for me:

- Gran Turismo Series
- NCAA Series (I played these a ridiculous amount)
- CounterStrike

You didnt know?......... are you serious? The whole reason wow is so seemingly homo is because there is the offline community that paint and collect figurines and pretend to have battles.. like playing with plastic soldiers, only gay..

You're thinking of Warhammer, or various other table top games. They may have possibly adapted a Warcraft edition in recent years, but those are really two different communities entirely.

Gran Turismo 4 - I think I spent a whole year just ignoring everything else but this game. Each day, from the moment I came home from school I was practically welded to the PS2.

There is a Warcraft RPG, similar to D&D, but no tabletop game afaik. Was probably just thinking of Warhammer.

Yeah, I think the two communities are pretty unrelated anyways. I've met a tremendous amount of people that also play World of Warcraft and have never met anyone that dresses up, does live action role play, or plays tabletop games.

Its like ricers.... domestic owners always have these assumptions that import enthusiasts want big wings, obnoxious exhausts, body kits, graphics, and altezzas... but only a small portion of the community these days is still into it. They define the group by the worst of the worst.

Same with World of Warcraft... there are those 1% of super geeks that really define what people think of WoW players to be like, LOL.
