3-4 Square meals a day for me. Plus 2 protein shakes, 1 weight gainer shake, a glass of nano vapor, a glass of glutamine, liver cleanser 3 times a day, creatine once a day, msm once a day, zma's once a day and a multi pro 32x vitamin once a day.

I can down more food than most people 2x my size, and I haven't gained a pound in what has to be 6 years.
The only way I will be gaining any weight in the near future is if I hit the gym. It'd be nice, but I have things I'd much rather do with my time and energy.
