i could go half size down and they would stretch out and be more snug (but thats my personal preferance, id rather have a smaller shoe than a bigger one). if i throw a pair of socks on they are snug but i dont wear socks with my Toms cause it covers my toes. i only wear socks with my hydros cause i have ugly toes

but yeah you should prolly get an 11

Being 6'-8" sucks because no "cool" clothes fit me.
Other than my dress stuff for work, I wear nothing but American Eagle stuff and clothes from the Buckle as they are about the only 2 that have a decent "tall" selection that doesnt make me look like I robbed the reject area of JC Penny
