i could go half size down and they would stretch out and be more snug (but thats my personal preferance, id rather have a smaller shoe than a bigger one). if i throw a pair of socks on they are snug but i dont wear socks with my Toms cause it covers my toes. i only wear socks with my hydros cause i have ugly toes

but yeah you should prolly get an 11
