Lol! I have not been skinny since high school.

My weight fluctuates a lot, but as of late I have been doing much less heavy lifting and a lot more cardio since I want to get back into B-Boying a little more.


This is me at my fighting weight of 179lbs. I honestly prefer to stay in the 185 to 195 area since I am still as strong, but my cardio is much better. At 179lbs I can fight full speed for 30 minutes straight without stopping or throwing up.

ahahhaa... ya man. Im up around 225lb now (not in a good way) i got lazy for a while. Currently back at it kicking the shit out of myself with cardio and lifting for endurance instead of heavy as possible. being big is cool... but id rather be fit and fast like you said.

forreals tho i havent got the dicipline to go to the gym. i got cardio on lock[at least 300kms a week on the bike during the warm months] but i cant get myself to the gym to do work. thats probably why im 6'3" ~185lbs.
