Red Bagged mkIV jetta at URI

Whats up guys, I go to the university of rhode island and I always see this amazing red bagged mkIV jetta in the parking lot i park in and have never actually seen the dude who drives it. I figured if he knows enough to do that to his car then he's probably on sw. just wanted to say props man, your car is ill.
