So I'm not sure how many of you are into house music/electronic, but I figured I'd throw up a shameless link here
Aside from the e36, Djing is a BIG part of my life. I've been remixing and working on electronic music for about 2 years now, and my live DJ set is a combination of the production skills I've learned, and the DJ technique I've been taught by all the local SD DJ's who have helped me out.
This short little mix envelops what I like to call "bassline" - a weird little combination between dubstep and house music. For those of you who are remotely educated in the subject, I'm basically taking the LFO (low frequency oscillator) sounds that make a dubstep track unique/identifiable, and combining them with a house 4/4 kick (at about 130 bpm).
Here's the link: (it's download0able too [~27mb])
Let me know what you all think! I hope there are a few in this crowd that will enjoy this as much as I do.
Cheers everyone!
Jake
