S13_Sleeper is a scammer

so S13_Sleeper owed me $1500. finally he agrees to send back my money and starts making up stuff and says he will only send back $1200. rather or not your pleased with the rims dude you still originally payed $1500 for them which is what i should of been refunded. all im saying is i wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with this guy because he relly screwed me over.
