i went to a halloween store last year, they had a separate room for adult costumes. it has a fan that attaches to your belt or whatever and it constantly circulates. it's a good idea for like a half hour, but it gets hot as fuck and if you're at a crowded party (like i was) it's uncomfortable and hard to walk.
