I hear good things about this area of the country. Anyone been there or live there? How is it? Im thinking of relocating once my contract is over, and thats one area Im looking into.

my parents live near lake minnetonka (and therefore so do i over the summer) and i love the area. super friendly, tons of culture and the like, plus a decent car scene.

it gets super cold during the winters though. you definitely don't need an suv or anything, but winter tires work wonders. my dad dailied his M5 with winter tires and never got stuck.

Im from about 4-5hours north, of it, Manitoba Canada. Minni is nice, i love it when i go.

Thats what Ive been hearing from some friends that live in the area and have visited there. I need to be in the colder climate for work.. I'll be getting back into a job installing car audio/security. and Im really good at remote car starters. so cold weather = money in my pocket. Ive emailed a couple shops already, can you think of some ones with good reputations?
