    • I'm slamming through 5 lbs of whey and 4 lbs of casein every month.

      And straps are silly. Don't use them and work on forearm strength.

      Today was my first day back after 3 days off. Felt so good to be in the gym again.

      Been using db's for a while on bench. Today I hit some good numbers. Heaviest I've ever gone with db's.

      65x10, 70x8, 75x8, 80x6, 85x4

      No sissy bench either. Flat back and I take them as low as I can. I also try no to lockout the arms to keep pressure on the pecs.

        • I go through 6 pounds every 20 days. I use the Isopure Zero Carb stuff. Also use a multi (switching from ON Opti-men to something from NOW), fish oil, creatine and Im gonna give Nitrix a go. Ive been having some bloodflow issues and I hear that stuff is supposed to help there

            • Lift days:

              I whey pre, 1 post. 1 casein post workout and 1 casein before bed.

              Non lift days:

              Even if I do cardio, I'll do a whey pre and post. Then a casein before bed.

              Some days I won't do cardio and I just have a whey with breakfast for the bcaa's.

                          • haha mines not bad. I'd like to get to 300lb on bench within a year. Currently at 152 so I'll See If I can do it. Deads I'd like to hit 400 and squats around there too
