anyone ever have trouble with jline wheels?

hey guys, i'm having issues getting my new jlines, i was just wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem. i ordered my wheels over 14weeks ago. no word yet when i will receive them, and no answeres through email. the distributor gives me all these excuses, i cant get a hold of jline at all.

I would get your money back. Not worth the time, effort, headaches, or money when it comes to jlines. I have heard on more than one occasion that the wheels are soft and bend easily, and that they have horrible customer service and delivery times.

yeah.. i guess iforged, dpe, and jline are all made under the same roof. never heard about the soft rumor. but i sure know about the shitty customer service., i'm working on getting my non-refundable 1200 bucks back!!! not happy! no i dont even know what wheels i want...

If you paid with a credit or debit card then just cancel the payment, explain to the card company that you never received the product/services purchased. Non-refundable doesn't hold up if they dont give you your shit. Get your money back, fuck J-line, their customer service went to shit and they deserve to go out of business. They were dicks when I was trying to get a set for the passat.

i never had anything but great service in getting my jlines. this was also years ago but i never had a problem with them. the guy even called back my friend (shop i got them through) to tell me a funny story about the call he received over me getting a set of pink chrome wheels. as far as them being soft and bending easily, that is complete bullshit, i hit some horrible potholes driving on streets i didn't know in nyc, boston and other places going to and coming from shows just because i didn't know where i was and i never bent a single wheel, although a curb at taco bell did do some slight damage to the lip of one of them lol.
