Getting permits now is impossible for Sunday, not to mention it would mean it would have to be a paid event (aka not free for anyone), if this KMart lot works out, It would be perfect.

Guys i have an update. The Kmart parking lot i was talking about might actually be available for the 15th . I talked to the manager of the store and he said if i bring in a letter tomorrow about what we are about and what the meet is for then he could give me a response tomorrow night. The parking lot is a very decent size and would fit 150+ Cars. Its located in Elmwood Park, NJ ... let me know what you guys think about this?
Here's a quick look at the size of the lot.
Update ** - counted the lot on good maps . We can fit about 450-500 Cars on the lot so if things go as planned it would be big enough for sure.
and even if half the lot is already reserved by some Motorcycle school . The other half can still fit 200+ so it would work out pretty well.Last edited by Lukkon; 08-10-2010, 07:42 PM.

have you guys considered having this meet at WWW.GPNY.COM ? they seem to welcome meets in the parking lot which is pretty big. maybe you can work on a discount for such a large group and we can get some race action going!!!
