The Dutch BMW event returns on the first of June. Trafficport will again be the centre for all the BMW and new MINI fans and could host 2.000 cars. In 2013 we expected around the 600 vehicles, but with the 1200 cars, BimmerFest could be labelled as a huge success. Youngtimers, the new M-models, you could’ve seen it all! An event with a lot of attention for the lifestyle, circuit fans, after-market accessories, but most of all: a lot of BMW love.
BMW CLASSIC PADDOCK
The BMW Classic Paddock is a new component which’ll pay its attention to the models BMW got known for. BimmerFest is asking all the BMW Classics drivers to show their pride in Venlo (The Netherlands). And we’d also like to get the Belgium and German BMW classic owners to BimmerFest. Keep the following models in mind: Isetta, 2002, 1600 GT, E3, E9, E12, E21, E23, E24, E28, M1, 2000CS, 3200CS, and the 500, 600 and 700 series.
E30 THEME
The BMW E30: the timeless BMW model, that was approved by a large community and is still seen as the classic 3 series. Part of the E30 is now an oldtimer and the other E30’s are slowly going towards the oldtimer category. BimmerFest will welcome all the E30 drivers and will have a large BMW E30 Theme, in which all the E30 models are more than welcome.
EIBACH HANDLING COURSE
For the daring drivers, we’ve got the Eibach Handling Course, in which they’re able to show just how well they’re in control of their car. The competition element is to finish as quickly and as flawless as possible. From beginner to the experienced driver, regardless of their experience and budget, anyone can participate.
THE '6' GATHERING
This year, the bigger brother of the BMW E30 will get a spot in the spotlight. Every pre-registered
6-Serie will get free entry, the driver and the BMW. Whether it’s a classic E24 (1976 – 1989) 6-Serie or a modern model like the E63/E64 or even the newest F12/F13 models.
FREE WET TRACK EXPERIENCE
Your car in a spin? No one would like to experience it, but how would you react? The location where BimmerFest will be held, is an educational automotive centre with a wet track. Therefore, we’re offering every participant to try the wet track for free.
ANGELWAX CONCOURS D'ELEGANCE
What is a car show without an election? During BimmerFest it is all about the combination of 'Competition State' and uniqueness. At this competition, all BMW’s stand a chance in the various categories of the Concours d'Elegance.
