Seriously though did anyone actually contact the convention center this year and try to plan this out? Or are we just winging it and sharing with these ^ people again?

PS blowing this meet up is not a good idea. Last year it was filled with subpar cars and dudes sleeping in shit VWs (for real) by the time it started. Which would be cool, whatever- bring what you want, but not when there's limited parking.

Ollie, The convention center calender was not looked at but the parking lot is massive and there has never been a problem. Its not Sunfest like it was last year so it shouldn't be a problem. If anything, as we've done in the past, there is a parking lot right next to it that can be utilized as well.
