No, but I am sure if you aren't obvious about it, or act like a moron, no one is going to say anything. I know people are going to bring alcohol, and I am not responsible if you're caught. Since it's a weekend, there might be some Army Corps of Engineer patrol people out, but just hide it well and I don't think there will be any problems.
