Just called The Lorely Resort and they are taking names for a waiting list. They said they should be able to accommodate everyone, 2bed 1bath is $117.50/night, if I'm able to get a room I'll let whoever crash there as long as you split the cost obviously.

Google it. There isn't going to be too much available since you waited so long. I had the same issue last year but was able to get into the Holiday Inn (decent prices). I made it a point to book my rooms at the Helendorf in January to avoid this type of issue.

Ok, i just checked. aint a very long a list of hotels. Wat r people doing if the hotels are all booked? are there any other outside Helena?
