So it's time to host another Annapolis meet.
Our first meet drew out about 50+ cars ranging from VA to Jersey. The second meet had a huge turnout of about 150+ cars and we ended up getting kicked out of the lot we were in because we had such a large turn out. A lot of people took that as a game over and look upon the meet as a failure, and it was considering that I didn't get a permit for the meet. But to have that large of a turnout and have people driving from PA, VA, NJ, and the far parts of MD proves that this meet has a hell of a lot of potential and I refuse to give up on this idea.
A few guys and my self have been hard at work trying to get everything together. We had our minds set on June 26th, but some sponsors fell through and we don't have enough time to promote and spread the word to get everything together.
Our plan was to host a charity event at Annapolis Mall (with proper permits this time).
The only thing holding us back is the fee for the parking deck. In order to reserve space it would cost $2700, and since our sponsor fell through, we need help to make this happen. If any of the vendors on here are interested in an investment, we would appreciate getting any amount of help to make this meet happen. If any of the forum sponsors can help us out, please contact me. I know this has potential to be a huge meet and I'd **** to see this idea be just that, an idea.
