Our collective Fluid hats must once again be tipped to the dynamic duo of welding, Craig and Tom. Their work on these custom C63 headers is nothing short of wonderful, as always. It took a lot of test fitting, but now everything is literally perfect, and we're very pleased with the results.

They're kind of a "shorty" long-tube. They just don't take up half the underbody of the car, again in an effort to maximize the utilized space while keeping the space itself minimized. Fitting long tubes in there would have required more space than is possible.
The finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamic analysis told us that this was the optimal design, based on the space given.Last edited by FluidMotorUnion; 10-04-2010, 09:21 AM.
