Building wheels

I just bought a set of Work Eurolines DH for my 350z, Ive never built wheels and want to get into building some big beefy wheels. They are 18x8.5 +45 all around, Im looking to get some big lips and build them to 18x11.5 for the front and 18x12.5 or 13 in the rear. I need help figuring out exactly where the best place to go and get lips for these work wheels or where I could possibly buy the lips. Sorry for all the NOOB questions, but you gotta start somewhere.

Talk to Memory Fab, VR Wheels, Rotiform, WheelFlip, etc. I know there's a few companies I'm forgetting, but those should get you started at least.
