Wheel alignment settings for camber that doesn't scrub tyres in a few hours...

I'm learning about wheel alignments, reading what I can while at work. I have a set of numbers to aim for for a street/track Alfa that should give me a happy medium.

I've been wondering about what numbers guys are running with huge camber angles to stop scrubbing out tyres fast! Is it the 'toe' that scrubs out tyres when combined with big camber?

I should say, once I had a defect on my Alfa. I raised it, no wheel alignment to pass inspections. I had about -4~5 camber and maybe +2mm toe [guessing]. My fronts lasted a whole 200kms before going bald on the inside...
