      That's close to stock M3 spec. depending on how wide the wheels are.

            I had 255/40 on a 17×9 et22 with rolled fenders and no rubbing. Tho I did a really good roll job.

              Was on stance works coil overs and uuc camber arms, running around -3 degrees of negative camber. (You can get close to that on stock camber arms)

                pulled the fenders...

                cracked the paint on one side...




                I'll get some touch up paint and glob it on. It's on the edge.
