Pull fender after body repair?

hi guys, i ve been so stressed with this..

i ve got a set of decent wheels for my car...bad luck, it was hit by a stupid old man and the rear quarter were smashed quite badly, i had it repaired in my uncle's shop (they use quite thin layer of premium body filler). is there anyway to pull the fender without cracking the repair?

Hard question to answer without more details. How close to the lip was the filler? How big is the area covered with filler? How much are you wanting to pull?
