Wheel tech question

Hey I'm new here, looking to through ESM002r 17x8.5" +20 on my '04 dodge Neon SRT4. What specs should I be looking at for tires? I will be getting my fenders rolled and slamming my pinch welds down. I will also be on BC coils looking for minimal gap but also want no rubbing and being able to turn would be nice too thanks guys

i also dont like camber, i like the poke look on cars. i would like to avoid camber thank you
