  • Honda heads needed

Im planning on buying suspension for my civic, its a 93 hatchtback. A buddy of mine said to go with function and form type 1's because they go pretty low and are the best bang for your buck. Any comments on them? Also what are some accurate and good camber kits out there? something I wont have to keep readjusting. One more question, when adjusting camber should I leave the toe at 0 or adjust it also to get the right angle on both sides evenly? yes these are noob questions but its my first car so im trying to do it right.

id reccommend to spend a little more and go with type2s. i had them on a integra and type 1s on a TL, big difference. I usually stick to skunk2 for camber. But im out of the honda game so who knows what is out there now

How did the type 1's ride? From what I read the difference between the 2 is just that the type 2's you can adjust a little more..and I've looked into the skunk 2 camber kits but there's like 3 different ones lol

Toe should be set to zero, or as close to zero as possible. The front wheels can have a very slight inward toe for stability. I'd advise doing a lot more research before getting anything or adjusting anything. Also if a camber kit keeps on needing to be reset ( set to -5 but keeps slipping to say -3) you should throw it out.... cause once it's set it should not be able to change or shift unless you drift into curbs constantly

So I went with type 1's because I kept hearing positive feedback on ride comfort and how low they go and since I plan on this being the daily/show car I thought why not..also looked into camber kits and keep hearing positive feedback on the skunk 2 front camber kit but heard the tears don't have that much adjustment that they're limited to -2? Is this true?

Skunk2 up front for sure, i had to grind some metal out so i could go more negative.. As for the rear, on my TL it was honestly a ebay link and did well for me never had any problems
