Dodge colt help.

Hello I am new to this forum and have not seen any dodge colts on here really. I have a couple issues as i have put 17" rims on my colt and they worked well last year but they rubbed a bit. I am not sure what to do as i was to lower it a bit but around where i live there are hardly any OEM parts for a 93 dodge colt let alone aftermarket. I have some rubbing on the back which i can fix easily by rolling and pulling the fenders but the fronts rub on the inner fender from the back of the wheel. Not sure if you guys can give me any pointers but it would be great if someone has lowered one or knows about it.
