help refinishing aluminum lips

I have a set of 3pc wheels ive been wanting to refinish. The lips are stained pretty bad. Does anyone have a link to a D.I.Y. that would help me if ots even possible to get these shiny again? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance guys. pics below for reference.

thanks, i saw that video before, along with tons of others. All of these ppl polishing lips are not starting with badly stained aluminum like mine. Are mine able to be fixed with the same process as these other guys??

If there isn't any clear coat on them, then its just corrosion. So by doing what was shown in the video above, it should remove the oxidized layer or corrosion during the first stages of wet sanding. If you go the sanding block way and you don't see much results during this step, then go at it again and repeat as needed. It WILL eventually clean up, letting you proceed with the next wet sanding phase. I'm no expert by any means, but i have done this and like everyone has said above, yes and yes, just go do it. GL to you sir and get the bengay cream ready... You sir, will need it haha.
